Introduction
A deal manager is an individual or a legal entity with privileged access to deal flow who wants to offer co-investment opportunities to his/her/its personal network of investors.
The deal manager sets up the venture syndicate, holds the co-investors' shares in his name, and represents the pool by being in the target company's cap table
Any legal entity or individual person, who has reached legal maturity. Furthermore, the deal manager shall not be incapacitated, overindebted, insolvent or bankrupt.
Leva allows you to be easily remunerated for your deal sourcing and administration efforts. You can define your fee model on a deal-by-deal basis and combine 3 fee structures:

No, you can also provide the opportunity to the investors and monetize the deal without participating with personal capital.
No, each deal is private. Only the investors invited by you will be able to access your deal.
The Deal Manager is not required to actively co-invest in an deal presented to its co-investors.
